Data Export

The Downloads page offers three different download options which cover each of the data visualization pages. In addition it includes a log file that contains the analysis parameters for the dataset. Downloads include:

CSV Export

Table download: This returns the table used to generate the Scatter Plot view, including all data points. It is formatted as a CSV file, and can be opened in Excel.

graphML Export

  • Graph download: This returns the graph file used to generate the Network view. It is formatted as a graphML file, and can be opened in Cytoscape or Gephi.

Communities Export

  • Communities download: This returns a zipped file containing a folder for each community from the Communities view. Each folder contains a table and graph file for that community, making it easy to explore community data in offline tools.

Log File

  • Log file: The log file contains important details about the parameters used in the data analysis step. This can be valuable when generating materials and methods sections for papers, or when reproducing previous analyses.
